employee monitoring is such a practical solution
2 Methods of Employe Monitoring:
1. History of computing activities by employees are being stored in the main company computer(s)/server(s)..So employers are be able to track down their workers' computing activities each time the workers log in by their ID..
2. use of CCTV ( a little bit "too much", hehhe )
