At the moment I'm sitting many kilometers/miles away from home in my flat. Tomorrow, I'll travel home to my family and friends. I'm very, very keen on coming home for Christmas.
Merry Christmas to everyone who reads this! Frohe Weihnachten an alle, die das hier lesen!
Hello there, I got up at about 7 o'clock in the morning. Firstly, I didn't look what's it like outside. Windows were shut. Later on as I was closely before taking my breakfast I opend up my windows hat a look outside. I was astonished be this terrible weather. It has been raining and snowing, still atm. Besides it is cold and very unpleasing to take a step out of your house. Snow doesn't fall down and stay one the floor instead it is melting and everything is wet like it rained. Well, it's raining, too. I hope weather is going to make a decision if keeps on either raining or snowing but not both at the same time, because it sucks. Sorry, but it truely sucks. Nevertheless I don't spend much time outdoor because I should study for exams.
I guess most of you don't know Stuttgart, do you? Stuttgart is a german city located in the south of Germany in the German state called Baden-Wuerttemberg. It is the capital of Baden-Wuerttemberg. If you like to read some facts and numbers so you should read Stuttart I there you will finde some numbers.
In fact that I think you don't know Stuttgart I have accidentially found some videos on youtube which are about different views of Stuttgart. Have a look, here you are:
There are two new things. One thing is the new design of the my opera community website. The other thing is: I've changed my blog's design. I like change that's why I've changed to this design you can see here.
Now, I've been living in Stuttgart for about one and half month. I'm used to live in this big city with thousands of thousands possibilities. Big city life is my favour. Everything goes quicker than in a village or town. Nevertheless, I do like it. You can do what you want to do and that's what I adore. You can do everything and have such a big choice of things you can do but you don't need to do anything. I like the small things like going out for a walk along the city center and parks while enjoying some sunshines on my skin though it is a rouge cold temperature. This is fantastic! Stuttgart is rather vivid even if you walk around at night. The great thing is that Stuttgart is a very clean and wealthy city as well as eased to live.
According to my studies, they are very, very interesting and much. So I do have to study loads of interesting stuff. In the end I'll have to write some exams which I have to pass otherwise I'll be a has-been.
Another good news is, I've made some friends at uni and feel better to know some people around to talk to. In the end there is only one thing to add: to study is great, hard and challenging but unique in its own way so it is a remarkable experience.
It is done! I'm now living in Stuttgart. Stuttgart is quite big and there are about 570,000 people. If you include the region around Stuttgart, so it is called Stuttgart Region and than there are about 3,600,000 people. That's a lot, isn't it? The great thing living in a city is having everything around. You don't even need a car instead you can go where you want to go by feet or tube/subway... Beginning from now I have to think of going out for dinner/lunch or stay at my flat and prepare a meal by myself. I'll watch my habits. Perhaps are getting changed due to my move to Stuttgart. Who knows? Well, I'll inform you soon. *Just thinking about going out for dinner or stay here?*
One of my hobbys is to listen to rock. The biggest problem is to find real rock band which are still alive. There are just a little of them. That's a pity! Last weekend I did a barbecue and there I heard Foo Fighters. I've known them for ages but haven't heard them for ages. So I've been quite excited that there is such a brilliant band still alive and rocking the crowd. Maybe you don't know them yet, that's why it is time to get first experience with them. Here is a great song by Foo Fighters.
Today, I have spend my last eight hours at my vacation job. It was rather quiet, because weren't many orders which I had to deliver. To deliver, how do you mean "to deliver". Well, it is easily to understand - I have been a forklift driver during my vacation job. So I worked at a storehouse of a company who is producing fans for all kind of applications.
To work at a storehouse is something in particular to me, because I'm studying business studies and there I've often heard about storehouse, e. g. advantages and disadvantages of having one refering to aspects of asset. I reckon I've made good experience where I was.
In the end everything has to end so my vacation job did. At the storehouse I was working at I had a good time, too. The job as a forklift driver was not exhausting but not boring, too. May I say it was balanced.
The best thing is to finish vacation job is an end of working shifts which were terrible. I don't like to work one week early and the other one late. You are just getting confused of it. Your bio rhythm is getting mixed up. Now it is time for some real vacations. I will have at least two weeks which I can use like I want to use them.
I was looking for a vacation job while I spent the last time at college. Therefore I wrote a small post somewhere beneath this one. Now I've been working since 2 weeks for a company where I'm allowed and have to drive a forklift. My job is to distribute supplies to production workers. That's a good job, because it is more diversified as the work at the production. I'll keep on working there for some time until studies will begin in autumn.
I guess I've found a flat. Actually it is a room with a bath where I'll be allowed to use the kitchen of the flat, too. There'll be wireless lan with internet available what is important. I'll live next to the city centre where are most stores and other essential things. Sounds good nevertheless there are duties, too. First of all I thought I just move into this flat and that's it, but I went wrong with this assumption. What do duties mean? Well, I'll have to clean the stairway and the way to the house, mean in front of the house till to the entrance. I'll fight the dust!
Until I'll move into the flat there are some weeks left. That's why I don't thing about it much. Partly I've done this already and the remaining cogitations I'Ll have to consider I'll consider another time. No hurry!
