Do you mean a button on the Opera extensions toolbar, or a button on the page?
I should have also pointed out that because Opera extensions don't currently support HTTPS (unless you turn it on in the prefs), then this will only work for regular HTTP sites....
I thought of a button in the extensions toolbar that worked as a toggle that would allow you to show the passwords when pressed and hide them otherwise, it will work globally on the page (in case there are more than one passwords). By using the extension toolbar the page design isn't altered.
Excuse my ignorance, but I just installed this but I don't see a way to get my password.
I go a page where I saved the password, the fields are yellow-highlighted. Then I press the Ctrl-Enter and it goes fine, but where do I see my password?
