Grace Granted

Can someone accurately calculate how God endured our shortfalls and sin before we turned to Him, or rather before He adopted us into His family? Its a very long time, He even loved us from eternity past, in Christ Jesus, before the foundation of this world was laid.
How do we reciprocate such love and grace? By loving our neighbors(husbands, wives, children, siblings and random people) unconditionally. This is the command we have from He that died and rose again and is now seated at the right hand of the Almighty Father.
