Everyone is born under the curse of the law and slaves to sin (Rom. 6:17).
Man's only hope for redemption is to trust Jesus for deliverance. "Christ
redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us" (Gal.
3:13). What was the price that had to be paid for man's redemption? "You
were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold...but with
precious blood...the blood of Christ" (1 Pet. 1:18).
