The day before yesterday, got this information from the skype blog, and only in 3 days, as it says on the official site, all 10000 free pack of mini cards have been sent out, and from now on, no more free stuff on this site to be claimed, people all over the world move so fast 
Luckily, I have booked 1 pack for my girlfriend the day before, only forget to book some for myself. Free things always come so quiet, and leave so quickly, if you missed it, no chance to catch it.
