Conservation and Education for a New Compassionate Era

What is killing the bats in the US Northeast?

,

"At least 1 million bats in the past three years have been wiped out by a puzzling, widespread disease dubbed “white-nose syndrome”. US scientists are calling it the most precipitous decline of North American wildlife in human history. If it isn’t slowed or stopped, they believe bats will continue disappearing from the landscape in huge numbers and that entire species could become extinct within a decade."

Shark Conservation

, , , ...

Maligned and misunderstood, sharks are species at risk who need our help to survive.

Subjected to overexploitation for the Asian food market, the cruel method of finning leaves sharks alive, with their fins removed, sinking to death unable to swim.

Humane Co-existence with Wildlife

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Co-existing with wildlife and urban wildlife is challengig. Yet, with innovation and ingenuity, co-operation and education, a win-win situation can be achieved. Solving conflicts between humans and their wild neighbours is feasible.
Find below several web sites that provide insight on this matter:
End the Use of Primates in the Russian Space Programme
Sentient and defenseless creatures who need our voice
The Research Institute of Medical Primatology in Russia will select macaques to fly to Mars before cosmonauts do. After two years of experiments, 40 monkeys will be sent to the Institute of Biomedical Problems in Moscow. Monkeys will be tested for reactions through cruel experiments.
Monkeys will be exposed to radiation, prolonged weightless conditions,
isolation and a special diet of juices and pureed food.
Access my petition whose target is the Director of the aforementioned Institute, responsible for gruelsome experiments in the name of science on 3,500 primates who are bred and held captive at the Institute's research facilities
