Where Are You From?

Online communities is all about people and having something in common is a great way to start communicating with each other. It's now easy with our new ~~super-savvy-3000~~ location list.

So, first thing first: Log in (or sign up). If you haven't specified your location yet we've made this short tutorial for those of you still not sure how to specify where you're from:


Choose "Profile" from the top menu header.	Click on the pen (so you can edit your account settings).

Choose your country (I'm from Norway) and click on "Save". Return to your profile again.	Click on your country name and meet your countrymen.

Besides sorting by updated status you can also choose to sort by:

Posts
Name

If you don't want to specify your location, but wish to view a list of people on My Opera, you can start here by choosing a country from the list to the right.

What's the news? I thought I could specify my location at least since the last community update, isn't that more than a half year ago?

use the img tags

And add the URL to the image instead of the url (http://***) in my example.

You need to apply for a Visa. You can also meet people from other EU countries, but you then have to fill out form E-111, and it is on your own risk.

I dislike the fact that before, we could specify a city AND a country , and now we can't... I live in Québec City, and would gladly talk to other canadians, but in a country as big as mine, people from British Columbia often don't have much in common with people from Newfoundland (4 hours time difference!). And people from everywhere in the country don't want anything to do with people from Toronto...!
