Just flipped through the pages, but it looks a bit to "in your face" promotion of your products.

I find the skateboarding businessman picture hilarious.

He's obviously "on-the-go" on his way to an important meeting, so he checks his email with Opera Mini for that important attachment he needs for the big presentation.

While waiting for the attachment to load, he does a kick-flip 360 nosegrind on a nearby rail and jumps a set of stairs.

Even though it is fun for some people, I think it is similar to as if you put a religion promotion. I hope there is no such thing in the future edition happy

Phil K Taylorptaylor404 Friday, May 23, 2008 6:41:57 AM

Hey d43n,
Of course the business man does a kick-flip 360 nosegrind on a nearby rail and jumps a set of stairs. He is in a board meeting...! jester

I can't download the online version, as I'm on a slow connection, so I ordered the print version.

I don't care even if I don't recieve it.

Because I love Opera, no matter what.

Ice ArdorIceArdor Saturday, May 24, 2008 8:59:10 AM

Thanks for offering the amazingly high-quality PDF. No need to order a magazine, cuz the future of magazines is online. I'm glad Opera's already there.

Is there a ski resort in Norway called Shit Ski? I want, no, NEED to go there.

(pg. 12, img. 2)

Øyvind ØstlundNoteMe Sunday, May 25, 2008 3:52:43 PM

@down1nit:

Hehe, if there is, I have never heard about it bigsmile Usualy they are named after the area, and there sin't a place called "shit" in Norway AFAIK bigsmile

But there is something more written on there than just shit, there is at least a word ending on Y, wondering what that word might be.

Woah! I want my copy! smile

NoteMe: It is a fashion label in Norway. They do skate style stuff. The wookie on a skateboard in the photos is their designer or owner. I know Opera has done some work with him, along with Moods of Norway.

asmaredyunus Tuesday, May 27, 2008 1:13:18 AM

Here is coming the Opera lifestyle magazine. An excellent gift. Thank you Opera.

@David:
Ouch. Now you all know I buy my clothes at H&M p Thanks for setting me straight on both "Haute Couture" as well as ski resorts there smile Embarrassing that you know more about Scandinavian fashion than me though p Maybe I am closer to a stereotypic nerd/programmer than I like to believe myself.

NoteMe: Here is their site - http://www.shittm.com/ although, not being a skater, I don't know much about them either.
