Euro Cup 2008 kicked off on Saturday, and many of you will most likely enjoy the games in the comfort of your own living room, a bar, an outdoor big screen, or somewhere else, but... What about bathroom breaks? Or mandatory shopping trips? It's not very likely that you're able to bring the TV with you, so why don't you give Opera Mini a try instead?

A cool bookmark on Opera Mini is called "Live scores", and it's a site made by us to give you easy access to the latest scores in any major sport. You can try it yourself using our live demo (which functions just like on a handset).

If you're using a fresh installation of Opera Mini 4.1 (never downloaded or upgraded on your phone) you will have the live scores as one of the default bookmarks. If you're upgrading, just point your browser to http://portal.opera.com/scores.

Yes, it is really cool bookmark. Other sites I've seen with live scores is too "heavy" for mobile viewing. Thanks.

If you have a fresh installation of Opera Mini 4.1 (never downloaded or upgraded on your phone) you will have Opera's pre-determined bookmarks installed.

However, if you upgrade Opera Mini, it comes with your previous bookmarks (would be annoying if they got replaced every time). You can manually add the live scores site and synchronize Opera to access it. The URL is:

http://portal.opera.com/scores

Did we? Sorry, but ESC is not up my alley. Man, we should've given Sweden all our points. After all, we have two offices there. One in Gothenburg, second one in Linköping.

I don't know about Norwegians, but Russians are very interested in the Euro. Russia - Spain will be tomorrow.

Generally, Norwegians are very interested in football, and the Euro Cup is a highlight for many. Most of my friends and co-workers (including myself) are following it closely.

I'm cheering for Sweden. Norway sucks. They haven't qualified for a championship since the World Cup in France in 1998. That's 10 years ago.

The yesterdays Netherlands-Italy game was awesome for sure.

(Offtopic: I can't figure out why Americans call theyr weird game football aswell, because, well.. they mostly play it with hands(?) and usually when someone asks how a ball looks like the answer would be round.)
