I like that after using a different browser Opera feels like home. That, and tons of handy features, high speed, cross-platform. Default browser since v3.5.

Prasoon Agarwal 9. March 2009, 14:13

Have been using Opera since i started working on PC.
Take its speed , customization, security......... and list goes on and on. Opera has set other browsers to follow.
Love Opera

Lorenzo 9. March 2009, 14:14

It works on older pc. I like the zoom option + or - with one button.

Gyrobo 9. March 2009, 14:15

I love the way Opera Software thinks up creative new ways to stress-test their servers :D

abiwan 9. March 2009, 14:15

I love mouse gestures, rendering speed, standards compliance, to name just a few.

I think Opera tries to hire all the best people in the industry (Molly Holzschlag, John Hicks) and hope to see great future versions of my favourite browser.

Opera rocks.

I love everything about Opera! It's the best!

Matthew Green 9. March 2009, 14:25

Opera feels robust and well put together, like the satisfying 'thunk' when you close the door of a well built new car. You just know it's going to deliver the goods.

Mouse gestures to navigate backwards and forwards, especially when there's more than one page of search results.

Using mouse gestures to fill in my details on a login page where I've saved the username and password information.

Running the open tab list down the left hand side.

Visual themes.

Speed dial - I currently have 25 slots in my speed dial.

'Paste & Go' into the address bar and search bar.

Creating a set of open tabs and saving it as a session for re-use later is a boon, especially for research.

Being able to scroll to a folder in the bookmarks menu and bookmark a page, rather than having to select the 'Bookmark Page' option first and then find the correct folder to put it in.

The continual drive to support Web standards and open the Web, even in the face of sometimes overwhelming ignorance and opposition.

Syncing with Opera Mini.

First browser I ever used on both Linux and Windows.

Info, Links & History panel.

..... Opera FTW :D

David Burgess 9. March 2009, 14:31

Very well.

I love how Opera just...fits. It does everything I need it to.

Eddie Lopez 9. March 2009, 14:31

I love Opera (and have since 2002) because Opera has innovated and brought to market the features that matter most to when browsing. Mouse gestures and cached/history browsing are two absolutely must have features, and Opera did 'em best/first.

There's never a conversation in my office about web browsers without me mentioning: "Oh, Opera's done that [feature] for ever, except they do it better because..."

Jerzy 9. March 2009, 14:32

I love opera since it is
#1 fastest browser I ever had
#2 opera can be customized easily
#3 is using small amount of computer resources (RAM)
#4 can synchronize my bookmarks between all the computers I use
#5 minor and major security bugs are fixed fast
#6 mouse gestures - really improve the speed of browsing

:-)

Herman 9. March 2009, 14:37

Simplicity and availability. I only use opera mini, and get a lot of advantage from it, since I don't have a PC. Many thanks for Opera Team.

Jessica 9. March 2009, 14:37

I would like to make friends all of you.........

tomassplatch 9. March 2009, 14:38

Difficult to say what i like the most... It's probably the versatility of the browser. One can do almost whatever he wants with it! There are so many options.
Then it's the responsiveness of the UI which is probably the best of all other browsers.
I love the panel with custom pages, widgets (nobody have mentioned them yet ), fit to width function, reading from cache when moving backward /fwd (disabled by default ),Oh, i forgot to mention one key shortcuts!

O55I 9. March 2009, 14:42

i love opera for the mousegestures, the caching behavior when going back and forward, and of course its speed.

(i would like to see an improved ad-block and integration of 1password but this time its not a whishlist post ;)

Zoli 9. March 2009, 14:42

What I love about Opera is that it has a cool, inbuilt e-mail client so I never have to check my messages manually. :D

Dacotah 9. March 2009, 14:43

The Opera browser is my main/default browser because I love the inovation of the devolpers. They think outside the box and are always thinking of new ways to improve and add to the browser. Of course I love the Speed Dial, the tabs, the voice feature but most of all I love the way the people at Opera are willing to listen to the people who use their browser. I know I have been trying to get alot of people to "support" the browser too. It's frustrating when I find out that their company doesn't support the browser so I keep asking them to please support the Opera browser. Soon they all will support the Opera browser because it's the best.
I love the Opera browser because it brought me to the BEST COMMUNITY on the web, the my.opera.com/community/.
