Well..it wrote for FIFA trademark, I think it means FIFA logo trademark..
So I design just like that, use Nedherlands logo, am I wrong?

I have no idea whether the Netherlands logo is trademarked or not.
In fact, since I don't follow Soccer, I didn't even have any idea what that Lion was until now.

That said, the rule actually stated that ANY image or logo we used ... had to be ours or we had to hold the rights to use it. It wasn't isolated to the FIFA World Cup logo. That was just used as an example.

I say CONGRATULATIONS to ALL who worked hard and entered, regardless of whether or not they were the winners!!!

A Special shout out to Suntana as he was the best designer overall. He won all that he entered, yet didn't take the grand prize. WHY????????

As for breaking the rules yikes!? Maybe Opera should check into the issue, since it was their rules and their decision on who the winner is!!!!!! I would think they had already done that prior to announcing the big winner.left
