This week we would like to intruduce you to a special blogger - originally from Serbia, now resident in Canada. With a blog that teaches us something new with each and every post, we were quick to hit the subscribe button!
His recent posts describe his travels in the Vancouver area, including a trip to Vancouver Aquarium, complete with a Finding Nemo reference (we enjoy the small things here on My Opera). We also agree that Frankfurt Airport is brilliant, however it seems like he has also had some mixed experiences!
We are super happy everything sorted itself out in the end for you,Darko! Not only are you our Member of the Week, but you also have one of the very best blogs on My Opera!

Amazing design, fantastic content and great personal style - what more could you ask from a member of the week? Hailing from the Netherlands, this artist and longtime member is a true My Opera gem!
Perhaps the most striking content on his blog is the fabulous artwork. His sketches and paintings leave us wanting to see even more. An all-round talent, he even has a few fashion concepts to show off!
After enjoying his contributions to My Opera so regularly for the past six years, we have to confess we were sad to see him devoting less time to his blog lately. But maybe you guys can help us motivate him to keep it up? Regardless, congratulations and applause are in order! Jurjen, you are our Member of the Week!

This week we are going to make a departure from our recent run of member mentions in Asia with a special Opera fan from France. (Su-per!)
Our Member of the Week is a great example of those Opera fans who go above and beyond to help us. He started a French website called Opera-Fr.com. His site promotes Opera and shares Opera news in French. He also runs a Twitter account promoting Opera in French!
Thank you so much for all your hard work Pierre, you are our Member of the Week! We look forward to seeing more amazing stuff from you in the future!

Let's take a trip to Indonesia and meet one of the friendliest guys on My Opera!
With almost 2000 friends on My Opera this week's highlighted artist is truly embracing My Opera! We love the idea he had for a 2012 New Years painting. That being said we would love to see one of his abstracts as a Theme in the upcoming Opera 12!
Keep up the amazing work Dandan Sa, we look forward to seeing more paintings in the future! Give it up for our Member of the Week everyone!

This week we are staying in South America to bring you a community-recommended Member of the Week from Argentina. Get out your headphones and start the weekend on a musical note!
From her latest post promoting Traditional Chinese Music to Lost inspired Bryan Adams, she has over one hundred recommendations for us to enjoy. It's a great example of how one person's passion can inspire so many others.
Thanks for all the entertainment and hard work you put into your posts, Dasha. You are our well deserved Member of the Week!

We're back and better than ever!
Following a brief hiatus, the member of the week section has returned to put the spotlight on noteworthy members of My Opera. This week we want to introduce you to the life of Vígi, an extremely cute Brazilian dog who has lots of fun and exciting adventures!
Although the blog is in Portuguese, we are able to follow it thanks to a nifty little translated link. Our favorite post so far is the shaving story and water training. (We don't want to spoil any surprises - read it for yourself!)
Aside from blogging about the life of Vígi, his owner is also an active member of My Opera, boasting over 600 posts in our forums as well as numerous comments. Congratulations to both Vígi and his owner Diego Schild on becoming our Member of the Week!
