Heroes & Zeroes is a Norwegian band who consists of Hans Jørgen Undelstvedt, Lars Løberg Tofte and Arne Kjelsrud Mathisen.
They climbed onto a stage together for the first time at Skuret in Oslo in 2005. This was after spending two years in a cramped rehearsing room (deciding on which direction they wanted to go musically). A friend of the band once described the music and said: While the bass-player and drummer has both feet in American rock, the singer wants to sing in a British indie-band. When asked about important albums the trio mentions Radiohead, Sonic Youth, Flaming Lips, Motorpsycho and Indie-rock is heavily represented.
This summer they will play at various festivals, and they will use My Opera to blog about life on the road!
To kick off their blogging experience we had a competition where you could walk away with a free copy of their latest album, but also with some Opera goodies.
Be sure to visit their official website (and their blog) for music and general information about the band.
Let's all welcome Heroes & Zeros!

We recently synchronized the My Opera server, and as a result of that "Visit my blog" disappeared from the People section for several of our members. We apologize, but we've fixed the problem
. Unfortunately the fix will not go live until our next update (very soon).
We've also been informed that "View my albums" is also gone. This has been fixed as well.
It's easy to blame the
, but we do it anyway
.

The principle is quite easy: Visit this site, enter the URL for your blog and you will receive the estimated value of it. Share your score with us and find out who has the highest blog worth in the Opera Community - Pretty neat if you ask us!

Just like our previous My Opera blog widget, you will now see a link to the new Gallery Viewer Widget on every photo album page. Not only do you have the convenience of having an integrated widget for your My Opera photo albums, but you can create your own based on your Flickr and YouTube accounts. Now you can carry even more of your content right to your desktop.
Do you have an idea for something that needs to be Widgetized!? Take a quick glance at our short requirements list and let us know your ideas!

We now have a new Opera Widgetizer website available for anyone to input their own RSS or ATOM ingredients, select a preset skin and Presto! Your own widget comes hot out the oven...err, browser.
Take a look at our new Opera Widget Generator and go widget-crazy! Be sure to check back as we plan on creating even more delicious additions.
In other news, the widgetize group is now open. Feel free to join and participate on the forums. The current feed readers are only the first step on a long journey, so once again, stay tuned...

If you've been wanting to have a Widget for your My Opera blog, now is your chance! We've added to each blog a new "Widgetize" icon in the address bar and footer of every blog. If you're using Opera 9, just click the link and your own Widget magically* appears.
This is a great way to keep tabs on all your friend's Opera blogs, as well as any unread news items you've selected.
* Opera Widgetize is not made with actual magic
