Opera Indonesia gathering

On July 5th we flew down a bunch of Opera people (one of them is actually Indonesian, Anissa Putri) to attend a gathering of fans, journalists, and mobile phone enthusiasts at a place called "Soho Music Café" in Jakarta. Apparently, it was a great success and everyone who turned up walked out of there with t-shirts and other cool swag. We also got to meet some of our core users in Indoneisa, and it was a great opportunity to strengthen our network in a target market. The speakers were Steny Agustav and Ami Zein.

Anyway, the meet up was kicked off with a keynote from Tatsuki Tomita, Senior VP of Opera's consumer department, where he gave a brief introduction about Opera's company profile, our products, the vision of One Web along with an introduction to the team. We also showed the video how it is working for a company like Opera Software.

One of our most notorious fans, philry4n, gave a short testimonial about Opera. He shared his experience from being an avid Opera-fan over the years. The session ended with Q&A.

I have just used opera for a month. What an incredible media to meet new people, share ideas, it is what i want to have and i have found it in opera. Guys please tell me if there is a gathering, how if it is held in surabaya? Is not it great? Agree!!

Kayaknye menurut rumor yang beredar, Opera Indonesia Gathering 2nd akan diadakan di Surabaya (emang gue panitiya hehehe) tapi sing jenenge pengen kumpul bareng sesama member OP.Indo ...gak salah diadakan di Surabaya, minimal mcnya Sandra Dewi, Gimana bapak/ibu/mas/mbak/bulek/paklek/mbah2 ten griyo, ada usul gak?
