The Nintendo DS Browser Hits Europe!

opera on ds

Can't get enough of our browser? Well... Who can blame you

Today the Nintendo DS Browser can be purchased at all major games retailers across Europe and it will be sold in general retailers who stock Nintendo products (ie: supermarkets, hypermarkets etc). This is exciting news, as it represents the very first English version of the DS Browser! Yeay!

To celebrate we have created this little contest for you. All you have to do is:

Analyze the thumbnail images and guess which Web sites the images are from. The first ten to get the correct answer win a Nintendo DS Lite with a Nintendo DS Browser. The next 50 winners will receive the new "Opera Powered” wrist strap for their Nintendo DSs or mobile phones.

Head over to our infamous Nintendo group to read more!

Well I'm confused, are there 2 answers through similar urls to #1? Because I'm worried I might've sent the wrong answer even though its a very similar url anyway.

 I just answered a survey about "video gaming" that was obviously just a review of Nintendo ads.

Anyways can't wait until it reaches North America. I might even get a DS if that happened. Also I wish the Opera Mobile would work on a Canadian carrier, more specifically Rogers. All well I guess that I will just have to put up with the Desktop Version for now.

Matrixcubed 6. October 2006, 17:07

Awwwww I want one! I might actually carry the silly DS with me instead of leaving it sit on my shelf for weeks at a time. I wonder when this will get to the US?

VSL 6. October 2006, 23:27

I bought the DS browser yesterday for my nintendo ds lite. I like it very much. but it is at 39,99€ (with memory expansion) that is a bit expensive in my eyes. is there a possibility to get it without memory expansion cheaper? i only find the version that is 39,99€.

George_525 9. October 2006, 15:03

I've got mine, but play.com have only gone and sent me the one for the ds lite, and not the regular ds!! I am so annoyed, because the GBA pak wont fit in, but isen't it the same as the DS pack?

George_525 9. October 2006, 15:04

I really want to go on it now, for days I've waited!

wiicrozer 9. October 2006, 16:33

Del 10. October 2006, 15:30

Well firstly its great to get online but shame we have no mobile technology to surf anywhere. Ill be damned if i pay £1 for 20 mins in coffee republic. Apparently, librarys offer free web but is it wifi?
Anyone know if this ds can manage chat?
