The 2010 Santa challenge!

He knows if you've been good or bad, but how does he look? With the upcoming holidays we are looking for the perfect Santa on My Opera. We have narrowed it down to these final five characters who all claim to be Santa, but as we all know, there can be only one!

To find him we need your help. All you need to do is drop a comment, perhaps including a reason, supporting your candidate. The Santa who wins the 2010 Santa challenge will be featured on My Opera during the holidays!

That's kinda silly.

The *real* Santa has his own blog, in MyOpera of course. It's right here!

But if I should pick one of the mentioned it would be number 4. He's tall, chubby like a good Santa should be, and he's got a very pull-able beard.

5 - his glasses are modern, and his jacket is the only one with decoration (buttons). He also has a nice beard and jelly bag cap.

->But I would prefer if number 5 could have a brighter red coloured suit, same red like numbers 1 and 2 would be perfect.

Numbers one and four are overweight- no need to idolize that....

Number two is obviously Ashton Kutcher (just check those cheeks and eyes) in a false beard about to Punk someone, number three is the love child of Mr Magoo and Mini Me from the Austin Powers movies, number four obviously re-enacts old battles as a hobby (the only other reason he'd have a beard like that is that he's a professional wrestler in the 80s) and number five is blatantly Dumbledore.

So yeah, it's gotta be number one, plus he's the only one small enough to fit down chimneys.

I thought you cannot fool those opera users, but then they wandered around. It is number three.
the reason: he is the only one in working outfit. You do not really think that santa is looking like his p r image ? It is not a job for softies, you know. But then, who are numbers 1,2, 4,5. Let me introduce to you the brothers Claus. That is, number 4 is just an employee. As one of you mentioned, that beard cannot be real. Well that is right. It is a phony.

I continue:
Between Paul and Santa F. IS standing the bishop, Nick, Santa s older brother original based in modern Turkey, but now supposed to be housing in spain. But i believe it is actually Italy where he is residing. Rest in peace, he comes to netherland by ship and accompanied by brown servants, doing most of the work there, also through chimnees. Its family tradition. Then on the other side is standing an employee of Santa s company. Note that the company is scandinavian but Santa is a multinational businessman. One cannot expect someone to do this all out of charity these days ...

Ok, i hadnot finished yet. There is still number five.and there is a lot said about him, that is in fact utmost true. Just try to find out what has been said and why he can so easily be confused with Santa. He is almost as famous as Santa himself, but he is the eldest brother and was not operating alone either.

It depends. If you're going for traditional, then #5 is my favorite.

If it's just a general Santa thing, I personally like #1 as he is so happy looking.

Christmas is very tough for A LOT of people, so having a really happy looking Santa may help to lift spirits.
