Of course, one can click somewhere close to the righ end of the last tab and have new tab opened, but...

Invisible. Yes.

This, along with the trash can being too big will be fixed very soon. Frankly, I have no idea why this happened. But it is an easy fix at least.
There is also a problem in Linux with the topmost bar being dark grey with black text. Will fix this too.

Thanks, man! The secure site indicator is weak now, I agree. I will try to fix this in the next update. Not really sure what you mean with your other comment. If you mean the 1px down behavior of the "Add tab" button I'm afraid that is nothing I can fix. The last tab and that button are somehow connected.
A new update is now available, with some more icon fixes/brush ups.

Didn't know how that could be a skin issue, then I noticed the width of the tabs being just that one pixel too wide. It was simply pushed out into oblivion.

I love this skin because tabs still look ok when displayed vertically (ulike other skins when they appear to be connected to address bar).
Anyway, the standard bar has a different shade of grey than the rest of the skin, can this be adjusted? by standard bar I mean the one with 'file', 'edit' and so on.
One other thing is that I think it might be better to have all user interface windows displayed in grey so that they'd make a grey frame around displayed webpage. Right now the address bar has white background and so does email client. Perhaps it is too much hassle but as an idea I think it would be clearer
Well, thank you very much for the effort! For me it is the best skin for Opera

Also, please note that the "Extender Menu icon" is missing for extra-long toolbars:
Tools >Appearance >Toolbars >Wrapping >Show Extender
