Allow USERJS on web archive MHT files
We can currently run some User Javascripts on local files if they are .htm or .html files.When I tried with a web archive type MHT file, the user javascript was not launched at all.

+1, for mht files that contain a main, inline text/html part (which would be most).
But, since mht files are just mime file like mail messages, Opera would have to be careful how this is handled so userjs doesn't run on M2 mail bodies too. Although, that could actually be great too as an option.

while we are on it: Extensions (which are mostly packed userscripts) should work too.
I can understand that no scripts of the page can get access to the file system, but Opera knows the exact scope of the script, wether it is a userJS or extension or a in page script, as you can see in Dragonfly. Thus there should be no too big security concerns about it ...
