Opera@USB - can it be updated with the normal Opera installer in standalone (USB) mode?Is it fine to update Opera@USB using the normal Opera installer in standalone-installation (USB) mode? Would my Opera configuration be fine with this method of updating?
I'm also looking around for portable Opera configurations and came upon this: PortableApps.com's Opera Portable
According to this post from the PortableApps.com forums: http://portableapps.com/node/29110#comment-183134
...Opera Portable launcher can clean up registry keys once Opera closes.
...And that version of Opera [Opera installed in "standalone-installation (USB) mode"] is not fully portable as it will leave bits behind in the local registry on every PC as well as having paths within the Opera settings, speed dial, etc break.
Is the above quote true? If yes, what exactly does Opera in standalone-installation (USB) mode leave behind (which registry keys/paths/etc.)?
