Tabs don't load when I reopen Opera

Every time I close the browser and then, restart it, all the open tabs seem to be in a perpetual state of loading. They never load fully. Even after stopping and reloading the tabs many times, the tabs do not load. It does not seem to depend on the number of open tabs. Nor, does it depend on the website that is open.

This issue happens very often.

I'm using the latest version of Opera (11.51 Build 1087). How can I resolve this?

Try going to Tools > Preferences > Advanced tab > History and under Disk Cache check Empty on Exit.

Windows XP Home SP3, 1.5GB, AMD Sempron 3400+, Opera 12.16

Thanks for the suggestion. However, this also doesn't work. Still having the same reloading issue.

Setting Control-F5 as the shortcut to refresh all the tabs at once seems to reduce the overall reloading time. Most of the tabs reload successfully after pressing Control-F5 a few times. Instructions: http://www.tech-forums.net/pc/f50/opera-refresh-all-tabs-177616/
