Opera feed reader can be hacked!

It happened twice last year with spammers injecting feeds for their blogs. I just was too lazy to report it. And I think it happened again today. Any one else experienced the same thing?

Have a look here, might give you some insight.
Opera is about the safest browser for newsfeeds.

No, and that means it's highly unlikely that anyone is injecting feeds. You will have to produce some evidence (like an example).

Opera just fetches whatever messages are on the feed page. If the feed page has spam messages, Opera will fetch them too. But, this is a problem with the site, not Opera.
