How to change google search URL?

Hello.

I don't mind Opera deriving revenue from my google searches but at the moment it uses google.com and the results are not at all relevant, whereas if I change the URL to google.co.uk they are.

How can I change the google search URL from .com to .co.uk?

(I can edit or delete existing search engines, all except for the google one. I can't work out how to add a new search engine)

I don't mind editing files or whatever but can't find which file to edit.

Hi,
to add new search engine open the page (google.co.uk), long tap on the search field and choose Add Search Engine from context menu. After that change your default Google search engine to the new one.

Unfortunately Opera soon forgets any added search engines so the facility is useless :-(
