You have to drag (move) or ctrl + drag (copy).
Or, you can use cut and paste to move (via the menu items or ctrl + x and ctrl + v).
Or, you can use copy and paste to copy (via the menu items or ctrl + c and ctrl + v).
Dragging from one IMAP account to another will force a copy.
Dragging from in Opera view (like the "All Messages" views) to an IMAP folder will also force a copy.
Like with windows explorer, if you copy, you can paste multiple times.
But, Opera doesn't really have folders. It has labels. You can move or copy to them or use the "label as" menu or the "label as" drop-down.
There are all kinds of ways to do it. But, I agree there should be move to and copy to options in the context menu, which is why I posted <http://my.opera.com/burnout426/blog/2011/09/18/standard-features-missing-in-opera-move-to-and-copy-to-options-in-the-mess>.
