Tab contents displayed incorrectly after closing another tab
Opera 11.51 Build:1087 Windows XP HomeNoticed with this build that when I open a link or document (say a pdf document) from any tab into a new tab, when I close the new tab (the pdf document), it's contents stays visible even though opera's focus has moved back to the previous tab - it appears not to redraw the display. I need to switch to a different tab (or mail view) then go back to the same tab before it displays correctly. Any ideas?

opera has some MDI (multiple document interface) problems that they seem to intentionally ignore. i always have these problems dealing with 10-30 tabs. i just wonder what's the point of have a mdi interface if it doesnt work right. the bug has been there at least the last 5 updates..
even worse is them giving up on fixing the bugs and join the firefox or chrome single document interface..

Thanks for the feedback thaceo - at least I know I'm not the only one with this issue.
I must admit I haven't noticed it with the earlier versions (but I won't argue with you if you say you have seen it for a while now). I did search the forum for a similar post before I submitted this, but I couldn't see anything referring to the same problem, so maybe the developers will take not now it is posted.
