No problem here . I'm running win xp sp3 . you might want to check you fit to width setting in perf ctrl+F12 and the small arrow at the bottom right side of opera . I just noticed that you don't have a arrow and zoom slider in your screen capture . That could be the problem .

Do you have any adblocker and/or AV running? I've noticed that the page seems to not be completely loaded.

That looks like the stylesheet isn't getting loaded ... My Opera will look something like that if you disable author stylesheets.

All the stylesheets used on the page are hosted on a site called i.icom.com, see if something like that's in your block list.

Yip, there were two URLs blocked, unblocking them solved it.
