this guy "mannes" deleted my topic,.i have read all the posting rules and rules of conduct before i created my topic.i didnt broke any rules stated in your forum rules but still he deleted my topic..MODERATORS should have limitations... Is that because im filipino???Please deactivate my account...i dont want to be in here anymore...

Hard to judge, since you gave no information in your original post. Yes, I saw your original post too.
If what you're doing amounts to theft of services, then it's illegal and posting illegal content is against the rules here. On the other hand, if their restrictions amount to denying basic human rights (as would happen in China or Iran for example) then posting ways to bypass their restrictions is fine. Since you never said why someone would want to bypass your carrier's restrictions, I left it alone - while ManneS obviously chose to interpret it as illegal.
If you don't reply, then I'll presume he was correct ...

sir, in my opinion,in my topic" bypassing the restrictions of my network operator" isnt a crime,its just that they do have light security..and its not my fault but theirs...i just want to help others...
