No extra pages on startup
When I start Opera for a specific page (C;\Opera\opera.exe http://www.msnbc.com) Opera loads both the page I am looking for and my home page.How do I get it to just load the specific page?

Try this:
- Preferences, Advanced, Tabs, Additional Tab Options, Allow windows with no tabs.
- Close and reopen the preferences dialogue.
- Preferences, General, Start without open tabs
