blank advanced preferences

Using O11.5 i've noticed that the "network" and "storage" areas under Prefences->Advanced are completely blank. Does anyone out there recognize the problem and know what's causing it?
I've tried deleting urlfilter.ini and operaprefs.ini, but that's not it.
Thanks.

Could it be a skin issue perhaps?
Try the default skin if you are not using it, to see if that works.

Thanks. I had thought of that, too, but that's not it either.

Ah well it was worth a shot.
Sorry but I can't think of any other reason why they would be blank.
You could try closing Opera then renaming your profile folder. Restart Opera & a new profile directory would be created.
Then copy the files from your renamed older profile one at a time. That might give you a clue as to what the problem is.

I had something similar happen and finally was able to trace it back to my dialog.ini file.

Yes, cyberrufus. Turned out you were right. Now I just have to figure out what exactly in dialog.ini was the problem.
Thanks.
