M2 bug like Ghost..........

Situation like this:

Amy sent me (my name e.g. Bob), cc my colleague (e.g.name Chris)
I reply all.

Chris shows me the send is not from BoB, sender is from our boss Susan.

Amy@client.com (one company, she first sent bob a mail & cc Chris)
bob@cs.com ( 3 of us in another company)
chris@cs.com ( -ditto- )
Susan@cs.com ( - ditto - )

My M2 has 2 accounts:
a. bob@cs.com
b. my private account
Absolutely I do not have my boss account in my computer.

How could this happen that I reply to Amy & the sender is from my boss email addess ?????
My computer has NOT her email setting.

Thanks,
Edmond

Do you have her as a contact? Are all the contacts in the contacts panel showing the right messages?

Did you check the "mail address" field in the account's properties to make sure it's right?

Open the message and ctrl + s to save it as an mbs file. Create a new standalone installation of Opera and import the mbs file into it. Once it's imported, set the "mail address" field for the account to "test@example.com". Then, try to reply all to the message. Does it still do it?

Thanks Burnout426,

Will try to reproduce it again to see the mbs file etc.

What bothers me is, this copy of opera is fresh install, it is a new machine I bought 3 weeks ago & clean install opera. (Of course, contacts are IMPORTED from office opera database)

And I have only 2 accounts 1 if "bob@cs.com" and the other is Private & how to hexx could opera send email with Susan@cs.com as a sender ?

Thank you
Best regards Edmond.
