8gb ram, 500gb hard drive, Nvidia GeForce GT 525M.
About when/where, nothing specific. It just happens on almost any website I'm browsing. Comparing to Chrome and FF I just see them faster.
The main thing I can definitely report is that when Chrome and FF open a webpage I start to see the content being loaded.
With Opera I see the elements on the navbar keep counting and usually I cannot see anything in the page till that counting is done. So, it almost seems it first load the whole page, then it shows the page.
