blog-feed channels/newsfeeds - what file should I security copy?

I once lost (I suppose) all my blog-feed channels/newsfeeds after an unplanned re-boot. No problem with bookmarks since I copy bookmarks.adr as part of my regular but limited security-copy routine. For these channels though, what file should I then copy?

mail\incoming*.txt

Backup whole mail directory if you want saved feeds.

I see, found it, thanks! And I suppose the newsfeed folder (in the mail folder) will suffice since I don't use Opera mail in any other way.
