Well as for the answer to your question it would take as long as it would take and not a second before. i.e it might take for forever and not a second before if they keep waiting for the goverment.with what help will our s.a. gvt aliviate unemployment to their youth nd how long will that take?
About unemployment: The government doesn't do much hiring, so I doubt they can help much. Private industry does most of the hiring, so if you're looking for work I'd try some company before I tried the government. In any case, the government simply isn't big enough to cover everybody and make sure we all have good paying jobs, and that's a good thing because a government big enough to do that is big enough to make every man the government's slave.

I studied government, at least the administrative part, and the good thing i learnt was that you dont have to vote if you dont want to. That way if they fail on their promises i take consolation in the fact that i never voted for them in the first place.it jst pains me, coz wen these parties want our votes they paint the most perfect paintings ever nd sing sweet songs for us then when they've got what they needed, they forget on all their promises.

It's a no-win situation.
I have voted in some elections and not voted in others.
If I think a candidate is worth voting for, then I vote. If I decide my choice is only to vote for the lesser of two evils, then I don't vote.
In the U.S.A. It is common to be told that if you don't vote then you have no right to voice your opinion.
It is not uncommon for more than half of eligible voters to not vote in the U.S. elections, And still the politicians fail to recognize that No-vote "is" a Vote.
So, if you don't vote you lose because your voice is not heard. If you vote for someone just because it's the lesser of two evils, you lose because it's not what you really wanted to vote for.
