d ctrl shift shortcut stopped working

'd ctrl shift' shortcut stopped working, while in application section of a current shortcut set
is still assigned to 'Add to bookmarks'
//'d ctrl' -> 'Add to bookmarks, 1' - works fine

Still working here. It shows the Add Bookmark dialogue. What is happening for you? Nothing, or something else?

Please zip your keyboard.ini file and attach it here.

Attaching Filess
Upload the result to Your File Storage and use the icons above the message reply box to insert the relevant code for a URL to the file.

Both work for me. The standard_keyboard (2).ini has no shortcuts defined, so I would delete that one. The standard_keyboard (1).in pin_tab keyboard has:

d ctrl=Add to bookmarks, 1

Which works for me to bring up the Add bookmark dialogue, whether I use your keyboard or mine.

yeah, as i said, this works fine
but next there is:
'd ctrl shift=Add to bookmarks'
which should add bookmark to CURRENTLY OPENED bookmark folder, not the random one.
and this shortcut does NOTHING for me.

Both shortcuts bring up the Add to bookmarks dialogue for me.

According to the All Actions Command List (which is well out of date), Add to bookmarks, 1 should add bookmarks to the root folder. When you say its working fine, is that what is happening for you?

Add to bookmarks (adds to last active folder, `,1` adds to root folder)
