[Solved] Importing Firefox bookmarks and managing them

I'm on my 4th machine, all laptops, of installing fresh copies of Ubuntu 11.04 and every one of them has crashed at least 3 times after importing my 502 bookmarks and then clicking manage bookmarks! A couple of times it has just simply hung up as soon as I click manage bookmarks also.

This machine I'm on now has just crashed 12 times!!

What gives with this?

Thank you

Edit:
That was a quick fix. Installed Opera Next (12.0) (hate using betas) and bookmarks cooperated with just one try this time!!
Crap!! This isn't even a beta, it's a pre-alpha!!

Edit 2:
Well, that trick only worked successfully once. Installed Opera 11 on another machine first, poof, crash city when trying to manage bookmarks. Installed Opera 12 and does the same thing repeatedly!! 16 tries later I finally got the manage thing to open but as soon as I tried to delete the default Opera bookmarks, crash again!!

Solved!

I think wink

Seems to be that one of the tweaks I do to Opera right off the get go screws with managing bookmarks. Just installed version 11.51 on another machine and imported Firefox bookmarks first thing, before changing any of the settings under tools, quick prefs, appearance and prefs.

Didn't even hang for a second or anything. Still, it seems this is a bug that one of the settings I changed screws with doing this simple task so much!!
