Annoying flash-plugin behaviour on YouTube (Opera-only)

Hello people!

My problem is kind of difficult to describe, that's why I made a nice image to show you what I exactly mean:

So to pause or change the volume I have to click twice in Opera; but in Firefox/Chrome/IE9 I only have to click once. I tried other video-sharing websites (vimeo, dailymotion) and it works fine there in Opera.

Does anybody has the same problems? If yes, who should/can solve the problem, Opera or YouTube?
