shortcut commands into speed dial

Basically, i see the opera speed dial as a menu, so generally speaking why shoud'nt speed dial also be related 2 CLI or shortcuts?

The default speed dial shortcuts are Ctrl 1, Ctrl 2, etc.

My mistake. I need 2 be more precise. Be able 2 add shortcut that is not related 2 web sites but applications.

Execute program, "Windows Shortcut"

okay... thanks i didn't know that.
Is it possible 2 used the plus sign in the speed dial 2 add this command? That would be nice. 2 avoid using shortcuts Gnome menu.
