Opera browser "Always On Top"
My browser (Opera - of course) seems to have set itself to be "always on top" of all other windows.I cannot find anywhere to cause or change this problem.
Is there somewhere, perhaps in preferences, where I can change it, or can anyone suggest another solution please?

I had the same bug too today. But for me it was not Opera related, but because of a pdf file opened in a tab in my browser. As soon as I closed it and restarted opera everything worked just fine.
Perhaps that might help you.
And there goes another bug for the not so great Adobe Reader...
