Is there a way to make the tab higher in the title bar?

Is there a way to make the tab higher in the title bar, because there is an empty space between the top of the tab and the top of the title bar and if I don't point correctly, I click in the upper empty space (and nothing happens)?

There is no need to do anything now. The default skin is fixed in Opera 11.60.

Just set Chrome Integration Drag Area Maximized to 0. Save the settings, then restore and maximize the Opera Window

Because some users (Vista and Win 7 IIRC) use the title bar to dock windows or to restore/maximize with double-click.
