Any cookies4.dat specific changes in the 11.xx/12.xx versions?
The document describes the app version of cookies4.dat file as 0x00002000 (major version 2, minor 0). But I found the number is 0x00002001 now in 11.xx and 12.xx. And I also found one tag id(0x28) which should not appear in the cookie file records. See the highlighted red lines.So, I wonder if the document misses something.
BTW, I don't understand the green number "9ba9", is that some kind of flag?
