Open popup.html on mouseover
HelloI want to open popup window on mouseover or similar event - it is popup.html called from index.html via
....
var ToolbarUIItemProperties = {
title: "title",
popup: {

... plus, if anyone knows how to do the thing above: How to do that without loosing the ability to press the button to start the extension's code without popping up the popup, meaning that the popup should show on hover or keypress or whatever event is possible but not on click.
