no. What you can do as a workaround is to not have a signature altogether (so when replying, nothing is added). For emails you compose, create a note starting with two dashes, a space, and then enter (this is the standard delimiter telling email clients that what follows is a signature).
When writing a new email, it's empty (because no sig is defined), so you right-click the email and choose "insert - note" and then choose the note containing the signature.

You could also create a mailto uri like <>, bookmark it and use that for composing new messages.
