In your Opera profile directory global_history.dat (recent visited history) and in the Sessions subdirectory autosave.win or autosave.win.bak (including open tab info) are normally preserved but could be overwritten when restarting Opera after a severe crash, so you may be SOL. In Win 7 you can try to recover previous file versions (right click in windows explorer) if you're familiar with that process. If so, replace the recovered files for the current versions with Opera closed.
