Notes linkification

Probably lots of users, like I do, saves interesting links in Notes with fast right click menu. Temporarily links and so on...

It would be nice that Opera recognize that links in Notes. Usual stuff, left click--> open in active tab, middle click---> open in new tab.

That copy-paste sucks. bigsmile

Would you like that links saved in your notes be linkified?

not exactly what you are looking for, but you can already create linked notes: if you select text on a page and then right-click -> "copy to note", the created note will open the page it was taken from on double click.

And also you can skip one step by selecting a link and choosing 'Go to Web Address' from the context menu.

You can only do that on a web page, though. Not a URL copied to Notes.

If this could be done with Notes copied URLs, that would be what I'd want.

Thanx, I didn't know that about double click.

but still, true linkify solution would be the best, no matter how link was created in notes.

Damn, you are right, made two mistakes, one: I made the menu myself, two: never tested it.
I copied the standard go-to-page command like this:
[Edit Widget Popup Menu]
..........
Item, M_HOTCLICK_POPUP_MENU_GOTO_URL="Go to page, "%t""

But it doesn't work, nor does %c -Please answer if you have a better idea, this should be possible(?)
