In theory like this.
Actually I can't get it to work: Even if I exchange the default "com" suffix for "ee", Ctrl+Enter will always result in www.opera.com. Only when I add a forward slash ("opera/"), a simple Enter will take me to www.opera.ee.

In my setup adding a backslash eg ns\ takes me to www.ns.nl -not so sure but nl is the first in the completion suffixes list under advanced network server name completion (nl,com, net, org). In my operaprefs.ini I have these settings:
[Network]
Check Local HostName=0
Enable HostName Web Lookup=1
HostName Expansion Postfix=nl,com,net,org
HostName Expansion Prefix=www
So in theory (yup) putting ee in as the first item and using the backslash could be the next best option.
