Problem with WAC demo in Android 2.1
I am using a Kyros Coby MID7015 with Android 2.1.I downloaded the Widget runtime for the WAC-1.0-compliant for Android, and installed it on the device.
This worked Ok. I can open the Widget Manager and download a Widget form the WAC demo.
The problem happens when i try to install the widget (going to Settings > Developer Tools > Install Widgets).
The only folder I see is one called "Internal Storage" and it happens to be empty (I have no idea where the downloaded widget went ...).
Is there a way to change this folder (the device has no SSD card) in the Widgets Mgr. ?
If i click on the downloaded widget icon, it says there was a problem installing the widget.
Also downloaded the widget via USB to a folder. But the Widget Manager does not appear in the list of programs which I can associate to the .wgt file.
Anything I can do ?
