restore url of a downloadable file

hello

if I click to open a file in a background tab, and then opera crashes, or I cancel the downloading of that file and close the tab, there is no way to restore that tab and find the url of that file

is there a fix for this?

Opera 11 on WinXP Pro SP3 • AMD hexacore 3.2Ghz with 4Gb RAM
