Futility of the option open, and select a text search with google.

the option open I mean when selecting a link with the right mouse button appears to open, it is useless, since you can open with one left to click.

the searcher to select text and make search, it is OK to search with google. but it should open a new tab and not take it.

Its not the same. Since the default setting in Preferences, Tabs, is "Reuse current tab" clicking the link will open the link in the current tab, so too will "Open." However, if the "Reuse current tab" is not enabled, then the behaviour is different — clicking the link will open it in a new tab, but right-click "Open" will not.

It will obey your settings in Preferences, Tabs. Uncheck "Reuse current tab" and then search will open a new tab. Or, hold shift when selecting search, or use ctrl + shift + click to open it in a new background tab.
