滚动CPU占用过高还没解决吗？
上次提出了滚动CPU占用过高问题这么久了还没动静，就像这个简单的页面：http://www.glzc.net/train/，用滚轮上下滚动的时候很卡，CPU占用100%（一个核心的100%），如果网页中没有下面这段代码就不卡，和其他正常页面一样流畅，像浏览淘宝也很卡
