Suggestion: Limiting download-speed
Hello,I thought the ability to regulate download speed of each download in the download-manager would be a great feature.
I'm from a rural region where only a slow connection (up to 50 kbps) is available. So you have to think hard about what you're downloading.
Having begun to retrieve a big file it is very exasperating to download a small file, because then there are only about 5-10 kbps
provided for it.
So I think it would be great for people like me to have a feature, like µTorrent has it already, to limit download-speed of the first file for the
period of time the second is downloading.
Would be nice of you taking it in consideration for the next release

+1. Need that feature for sites not supporting resume. I would like to be able to throttle the DL speed without the use of external programs.
